Drone Battery: 1S LiPo and 3.3V Regulator Guide
A single-cell (1S) LiPo gives 3.7 V (4.2 V when full). Motors run straight from the battery through the MOSFETs. The ESP32 needs a steady 3.3 V, so a low-dropout regulator sits between them.
